are some helpful hints to ensure long and trouble-free service:
- To avoid accidental injury and blade damage, treat knives with respect and always handle with due care.
- Cutting on a soft, non-abrasive surface such as a timber or plastic cutting board will help prevent premature dulling of the blade.
- Regular use of a GLOBAL® Whetstone or Ceramic Sharpening Steel will ensure that your knives retain their keen razor sharp edge.
- Hand wash cutlery pieces individually in mild detergent and hot water and wipe dry with a soft cloth.
- Always use the storage block to house the knives and protect the blades. Never store cutlery loose in a drawer.
- Store in a dry place away from extreme temperature.
